If you are found to be under 21, your account will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned after deducting applicable costs.
2One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one active account with 83bd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via third parties — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, 83bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and retain balances pending investigation.
3Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times while your account is active. Providing false information, particularly regarding your identity, age, or location, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 83bd support immediately. 83bd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policies
83bd supports multiple payment methods suited to Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the conditions set out below. 83bd processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
1Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method. 83bd does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
2Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the User must have completed identity verification (KYC) and met any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. 83bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to releasing funds.
3Declined or Fraudulent Transactions
83bd reserves the right to decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Where a fraudulent transaction is identified after processing, 83bd may recover any funds credited in connection with such a transaction, void associated bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Users who engage in fraudulent payment activity will be permanently banned from the platform.

Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements
83bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. The general bonus terms below apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
1Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the rollover requirement) before the bonus balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus offer's terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
2One Bonus Per Offer
Each bonus or promotional offer is available once per eligible user unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Users who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through new or secondary accounts — will have the duplicate bonuses removed and may face account restrictions. Bonus misuse is treated as a breach of these Terms.
3Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. 83bd will communicate bonus expiry timelines clearly within each offer's promotional material.
Responsible Gaming & Conduct

83bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The following rules apply to all users and govern conduct on the platform at all times.
1Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits
83bd provides deposit limit tools and self-exclusion options for users who wish to manage their gaming activity. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and result in account access being suspended for the chosen period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.
2Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 83bd platform: use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; use of the platform for any money laundering activity; placing bets on behalf of another person; and any other conduct that 83bd determines to be unfair, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or its users.
3Consequences of Breach
Any breach of these Terms — including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed above — may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and where applicable, referral of the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. 83bd's determination of a breach shall be final, subject to a formal appeals process available through customer support.
Legal & Liability
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the 83bd platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design of the site — is the exclusive property of 83bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from 83bd.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 83bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, even if 83bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 83bd's total liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
1Disclaimer of Warranties
The 83bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 83bd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and connection are suitable for accessing the platform safely.
2Third-Party Services
83bd integrates games and content from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. 83bd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Any dispute relating to a specific game or third-party service must be raised with 83bd support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
Amendments & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
83bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 83bd will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 83bd platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the platform's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction. 83bd operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational remit.
